Is my computer worth fixing?
Usually yes, sometimes no. It all depends on the problems at hand, the age, value, and importance of the system. We always give the best solution for each individual customer.
What does it cost to fix?
That all depends on the situation. We charge by the hour to perform repair operations. Time in the shop does not always equal dollar per hour. Virus & Malware cleanup for instance will be working on the bench for extended periods of time without a technician actively working on it. The down time is not billable, so the customer is only billed for the actual time spent for a technician working on the system.
